What you do with today's notes

Preview Most of them end up in a drawer. Here's the other option.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Thank you for giving me an hour of a working Thursday.

You've got your notes, your line for the Objective-First Map, the 12 questions and the 6-Month Physician Brand Roadmap.

Here's what usually happens next. You mean to start this weekend, then a run of shifts happens, and in a month the Roadmap is still blank.

That's not a flaw in you. It's what happens when a busy doctor is handed another project.

So you have two options.

The first is to build it yourself with what you learned today. Everything I taught works, and the Roadmap gives you the order to do it in.

The second is the Medical Authority System, the one I walked through at the end. You stay the expert, and my team builds the media machine around you.

We set your objective, record your Authority Interview, turn it into content across your platforms and connect every video to your next step. Your job is to show up, talk about what you know, review and approve, and go back to being the doctor.

If that's the version you want, apply here and someone from our team will set up a strategy call:

Apply for a strategy call[APPLY LINK]

We take up to 3 new medical professionals a month, because each one gets a real team and real time from me.

If you'd like to watch any part again first, the replay is here: [REPLAY LINK]

The part people asked about most

Preview The Next-Step Engine, in five minutes.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Most of yesterday's questions were about the third pillar, the Next-Step Engine.

That makes sense, because it's the part that turns a viewer into a patient.

Here's the short version again.

Every video ends with one call to action, the one that came out of your Objective-First Map.

That call to action goes to one landing page, built for the people watching your content. It's not your clinic's homepage with its nine menu items.

And when someone comments or sends a DM, an automation answers them and hands them the same next step. Nobody on your staff has to sit in your inbox.

Without it you can have a channel that grows while the practice doesn't notice.

The replay is up until Sunday night, and the Next-Step Engine is the third and last part of the training:

If you'd rather have my team build it for you, along with everything else in the Medical Authority System, the application is under the replay:

The specialists I've put on camera

Preview None of them wanted to become creators.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Something I said on Thursday deserves a closer look.

Most of the doctors I put on camera never planned to be content creators.

A breast surgeon who sat down with me to correct cancer myths. An ankle surgeon. A surgeon who walked through an Achilles repair. A neurologist who taught a full session on migraine, and an OBGYN on HRT and menopause.

A live session with neurologist Dr. Eli Sader on headache and migraine
A live session with neurologist Dr. Eli Sader on headache and migraine

None of them learned to edit, and none of them post every day.

Each of them sat down with someone who knew what to ask, and answered the way they'd answer a patient.

My street interview with doctors, "Doctors Reveal What They Wish Everyone Knew," has more than 119,000 views.

That's the format the Medical Authority System is built on, with one difference. In your version, every video points to your clinic, your book or your service.

Here's the cost of waiting, and it's a quiet one. Every month you don't do this, someone with less training keeps answering your patients' questions online.

If you want my team to build it with you, apply here:

The replay comes down tonight

Preview And the Authority Interview bonus is close to gone.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Two things close soon, and I'd rather you hear it from me than find a dead link.

The replay of The Physician Media Masterclass comes down tonight at 11:59 PM Pacific.

And the Authority Interview bonus only goes to the first 3 doctors who apply this month. If you're one of them and you join, your interview is published on my channels, in front of my audience, along with everything else in the Medical Authority System.

The other two bonuses are the Specialty Hook Library and the Recording-Day Kit, with the studio shopping list and setup checklist.

The guarantee stays the same for everyone. We call it the Approval Promise.

Nothing publishes under your name until you approve it. And if your first batch of content isn't recorded and edited within 30 days of kickoff, month two is on us.

We don't promise views, followers or patients, and nobody honest can. What we promise is the work, done properly and on time.

If you've been meaning to apply, this is the time:

Replay, until midnight: [REPLAY LINK]

P.S. Starting tomorrow I'm sending a short five-day course that walks back through the training, one piece a day. Watch for it.

The replay's up (no guilt)

Preview Clinic ran over. It happens to me too.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

You didn't make it today, and I'm guessing clinic or a shift got in the way.

I work in an ER, so no explanation needed.

The replay of The Physician Media Masterclass is up now:

If you only have 20 minutes, watch the first part. That's the Objective-First Map, and it decides whether everything else works.

It stays up until Sunday at 11:59 PM Pacific.

What you missed on Thursday

Preview It's not a sales video with a long intro.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

If you haven't watched the replay yet, here's what's in it so you can decide if it's worth your time.

First, the Objective-First Map. You pick the one action your content has to drive, your clinic, your book or your service, before you film a single video.

Second, the Authority Interview Method. That's the 12 questions that pull a month of short-form clips out of one sit-down conversation, with no script.

Third, the Next-Step Engine. The landing page, call to action and DM automation that turn a viewer who trusts you into a booked patient.

At the end I explain how my team builds all of this for a small number of doctors each month. It's at the end, and you can stop before it if you want to.

The replay's here until Sunday night:

One more thing. The first 3 doctors who apply this month get an Authority Interview published on my channels, as a bonus on top of the Medical Authority System.

Day 1: the decision before the camera

Preview What should a viewer do after watching you?

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day one is about the first decision, the one most doctors skip.

What should a viewer do after watching you?

Book at your clinic? Buy your book? Join a program you run? Refer a family member?

Pick one, not three.

When you pick one, everything gets easier. You know which topics to cover, because they're the questions the people you want to reach are already asking. You know how each video ends, and you know what to measure.

When you don't, you end up chasing whatever's trending, and the numbers that go up have nothing to do with the practice.

Here's a simple test. Look at your last five posts, if you have any. Could a stranger tell what you wanted them to do next? If not, that's the gap.

Write your one action at the top of your 6-Month Physician Brand Roadmap. Tomorrow we'll turn it into content.

Day 2: one conversation, a month of clips

Preview Why the interview beats the script.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day two is the Authority Interview Method.

The short version is that you don't write content. You answer questions.

Someone sits across from you and asks 12 questions, each one built to produce a clip that stands on its own.

A few of the types:

  • The myth your patients bring in most often, and what's actually true.
  • The mistake you see every week that's easy to avoid.
  • "If it were my family, here's what I'd do."
  • The signs that mean someone should come and see you.

You answer the way you'd answer in clinic. That's the voice people trust, and no script I've seen gets close to it.

One sit-down conversation, edited properly, gives you about a month of short-form clips. You're on camera for one session, not every day.

If you want to try it on your own, ask a colleague or a friend to read you the questions while your phone records. You'll be surprised how much is in there.

Day 3: what doing it yourself costs

Preview Your hours have a price. So does the team.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day three is the math, and I'll keep it honest.

Start with what one new patient, client or book reader is worth to you. You know that number better than I do.

Then think about what it would take to do everything from the last two days yourself, every week. Planning topics, recording, editing for four platforms, writing captions, answering DMs, building the landing page and checking what's working.

For most doctors that's a few hours a week minimum, taken from evenings, family or rest. And the first few months are slow while you learn tools you'll never use anywhere else.

The alternative is hiring the pieces separately. A strategist, a scriptwriter, an editor, a social media manager, someone for the funnel. Then you're managing five people instead of seeing patients.

The Medical Authority System puts all of that under one team for six months. The investment is $15,000, or 6 payments of $2,750.

Whether that makes sense depends on your number from the first line. For some doctors it clearly does. For others it's too early, and building it yourself with the Roadmap is the right call.

Either way, now you can decide on numbers instead of a feeling.

Day 4: "isn't it too late to start?"

Preview And two more questions doctors ask me.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Day four is about what you're actually building, and three questions that come up every time.

"Isn't it too late? Everyone's online now."

Lots of people are online. Very few of them are qualified physicians explaining their specialty clearly. That's the gap, and it's still wide open in most specialties.

"What if the platforms change?"

They'll change. That's why the Next-Step Engine matters. A viewer who lands on your page and books has moved off the platform and into your practice. That part doesn't depend on an algorithm.

"Can't I just hire a videographer?"

You can, and you'll get nice footage. But footage is one piece. Without an objective, the right questions and a next step, nice footage tends to sit on a hard drive.

What you're building is a media asset with your name on it. A library of you explaining your field, pointing people to your practice, that keeps working while you're at work.

Tomorrow's the last day of the course. I'll explain exactly how my team builds this with doctors, and who it's for.

Day 5: how my team builds it with you

Preview Who it's for, who it isn't, and how to apply.

Hey {FIRST NAME},

Last day. This is the one email in the course where I tell you how we can help.

Over four days you've seen the whole method. Decide the objective, record one interview, turn it into content, and make every video point somewhere.

You can build it yourself. If you'd rather my team built it with you, that's the Medical Authority System. It runs for six months and includes:

  1. Custom Personal Brand Diagnostic
  2. Custom Six-Month Roadmap
  3. Studio & Recording Setup
  4. Content Strategy & Scriptwriting
  5. Guided Interview-Style Content
  6. Authority Interview With Dr. Jeff Yoo
  7. Multi-Platform Editing & Publishing
  8. Dedicated Editorial & Social Media Support
  9. Funnel & DM Automation
  10. Six Months of Direct Strategy & Implementation Support
  11. Weekly Business & Media Accelerator Calls
  12. Performance Review & Optimization

What we need from you: show up, talk about what you know, review and approve, and go back to being the doctor.

The Approval Promise covers it. Nothing publishes under your name until you approve it, and if your first batch of content isn't recorded and edited within 30 days of kickoff, month two is on us.

It's a fit if you have a clinic, a book, a product or a reputation you want to grow, and you're willing to sit down and talk about your work.

It isn't a fit if you want guaranteed follower, patient or business numbers. Nobody can honestly promise those, and we don't.

We take up to 3 new medical professionals a month.

If that sounds like you, apply here. Someone from our team will look at your application and set up a strategy call to see if it makes sense for both of us.

Apply for a strategy call[APPLY LINK]

Jeff

P.S. If you're not ready, keep the 6-Month Physician Brand Roadmap and use it. That's what it's for.
